Live greater today than you did yesterday.

I grew up here in Sugar Land Texas. From the start, I was way into sports and simply just being active. I was a competitive gymnast and ice skater, along with track and cross country.  

Thanks to this , as an adult, I've developed a love for all things active – especially swimming, indoor cycling and resistance training. If I’m not working out, or at the studio with clients, you’ll find me spending time exploring new restaurants and attending concerts with friends. I love traveling the world and trying new experiences.
