Daved's Boot-Camp

Gain MUSCLE, TIGHTEN UP, and get the body you’ve always wanted… with an intense, circuit styled heavy-resistance training, high intensity cardio conditioning, core, plyometric and balance training!!

DBC is not like any other bootcamp or workout class out there.  Unlike what you normally think of with a typical bootcamp, DBC is not located outside at a local park with little to no equipment.  DBS is not at a large corporate fitness club that is always crowed and over-booked.  DBC doesn’t consist of small light & tiny dumbbells or easy resistance bands. DBC is all about maintaining and building muscle.  Muscle  is the key to speeding up your metabolism, which in-turn fosters long term fat loss.  You keep or build muscle by intense resistance training; not simply using light weights at high repetitions along with tons cardio exercises.

Jackie's Full-Body Pump

Jackie’s Total Body Pump is a workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, JTBP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories. Jackie will coach you through the scientifically prove moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!

Lunchtime Lift with Jackie

Lunchtime Lift with Jackie is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. Jackie combines athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Jackie will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories* and leaving you with a sense of achievement.
